		<description>Mike, great post.I agree... the hallway conversations can either invigorate or erode a project.   People either embrace change, or pretend to be on board then secretly fight the hidden battle.What I have a hard time with are people who sit in meetings where their opinions are repeatedly asked for... they stay quiet, nod, and maybe show a furrowed brow here and there... but then later after the meeting, they call, they email, they walk around talking about how they disagree with things, or worse - throw in value judgements about the well-meaning leaders who really needed to hear about their dissent WITHIN the more public forum.Nothing is more cancerous than passive resistance. </description>
