Quick post in the midst of the Blur…

Heading to Dallas for the 2^nd Annual Issues & Trends in Medicare Supplement Insurance Conference at the Adam’s Mark Hotel. Topics: Med Supp Issues and Trends, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D.

If you remember last year, I attended this same conference in New Orleans, post-Katrina. I even got to eat dinner with Laura Bush!…well ‘near’ her at least.

This year I will be speaking on a panel with one of our clients, Steve Snell from WellCare. We will be discussing how he was able to build his brokerage distribution line of business with a very short time line on a very small budget. Their Web site, wellcarepro.com, enabled them to be able to recruit thousands of brokers and in turn bring in tons of new business.
