Kudos also to FTJ, whose team listened to their customers and were able to realize that they needed change, and then move forward to make it happen.
Especially these days, the &quot;soft&quot; (i.e. hard to justify) benefits of things like a solid, segmented customer-facing web presence are sometimes pushed aside for more pressing/immediate demands.  Only when you have it, and start to see the effects, do you realize what you were missing- and what you can never do without again.
